On January 1, 2021, the Group launched the OA System for trial operation!
Under the trend of informatization and digitization, the Group proposed the core management requirements of “intelligence, integration and electronization” to upgrade and improve its office automation system, and introduced the OA-e-cology developed by Shanghai Weaver to the original enterprise Wechat platform, which was customized on demand based on the overall organizational authority structure. The Group built the overall application, and drives the operation of all applications through the process to improve the office efficiency of employees and enhance the cooperation and resource sharing among departments.
On December 29, 2020, the OA project team of Netis Group, the leaders of Shanghai Weaver and key users of the OA project team attended the conference on the proposed launch of the OA System, and conducted training and guidance before the launch.
The OA collaborative office platform to be launched will mainly realize the following modules: e-Portal (information portal management), e-workflow (workflow management), e-document (document management), e-HRM (human resource management), and e-logistics (asset management). Through these modules, we will build a unified office information portal for the Group and a personalized portal for all organizations, departments and posts, to break the information island and lead information and events to find the personnel; to build a unified process approval platform and mobile office platform to promote electronic workflow, open up all links of business operation, realize process standardization and improve approval efficiency; to enable convenient and efficient work for employees at any time and place, and make full use of their spare time to deal with work to improve operation efficiency; to realize the integration of software, and the seamless integration of OA with SAP and other existing application systems; to build an own knowledge base and a document management platform of the Group to ensure the security of document information while achieving knowledge accumulation, and truly realize the sharing of resources and knowledge and maximize the value.
The operation of OA collaborative office platform will greatly change the existing working methods and habits, and realize real-time communication under multi client synchronous support. This is an important milestone for our company to achieve paperless office, and also a higher leap in the informatization construction of the Group in the new year, which laid a solid foundation for smart and refined office!
